As well as support at Court hearings, our team provides advice and assistance with Court applications, preparation of Court documents, written statements and form-filling. Whatever it is you need support with in the Family Court, we will be there every step of the way.

Our specialist advisors can assist you during those incredibly difficult times. Whether it’s supporting you to file Non-Molestation or Occupation Order applications – or just being a supportive ear on the phone – we will ensure you are not alone.

We work closely with local charitable organisations, as well as reputable Solicitors and Barristers, to ensure that you receive well-rounded, targeted support.

Costs

At Family Court Support, we pride ourselves on being an affordable alternative to expensive legal fees. All our costs will be agreed in advance of work being carried out, so you can be reassured that there will be no hidden costs. We do not charge for emails and courtesy calls.

We offer a free advice call to ensure those that cannot afford our service can be sign-posted to other, relevant support services. At Family Court Support we believe legal support should be accessible for all.
